Duqm Refinery has placed a high priority on establishing a permanent dialogue and communicating with communities and stakeholders. One of our goals is to show respect for, inform and respond to people’s concerns and queries on a permanent basis.

This Grievance Mechanism Procedure provides for stakeholders to express their concerns and for Duqm Refinery to take corrective actions as required to ensure project commitments are effectively implemented.
